Dominik Muench is an ACS award-winning cinematographer and photographer who has worked throughout Europe, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia and India. Accredited with Bachelor and Masters degrees in Film and Television from Bond University, Gold Coast, where he also tutors students and currently completes his Doctor in Creative Arts, Dominik offers a vast array of high end imaging services.

The owner of a renowned RED ONE HD camera, and the first DOP to use the RED ONE on an Australian project (Stray Boys - 2007) Dominik's cinematography portfolio includes music videos, television commercials, corporate videos, and documentaries. An article on Stray Boys can be found in the 2007 december issue of the Australian Cinematographer Magazine and several scenes from this production were used by RED for their official NAB showreel to present the camera.

In 2005 he was awarded a "Highly Commended" award by the Australian Cinematograhers Society ACS for his camerawork on a lingerie commercial for Raffinesse lingerie in Germany.

Dominik has shot extensively with 35mm/ 16mm and all major HD formats.

For his Doctor in Creative Arts he his working with, and analyzing, some of the major HD systems on the market such as the: Panavision Genesis, Arri D21, Dalsa 4K and the RED ONE to become an expert on professional high end image capturing systems.
